01 — Raw Coil
Base material is received and verified with quality and traceability records — MTC, batch identity and coating specs.
02 — Slitting
Coils are slit into required strip widths — tolerance up to ±50 microns on precision mills from India and Germany.
03 — Punching
Hole patterns and features are created with verified hole-pitch accuracy for Solar MMS and component manufacturing.
04 — Roll Forming
Sections are formed on dedicated C & H roll forming lines — purlins, rafters and profiles with dimensional discipline.
05 — Fabrication
Components are fabricated into required assemblies and structures, ready for drawing-based verification.
06 — Inspection
Dimensional, surface, coating and drawing-based checks — flatness and tolerance verified every 2 MT processed.
07 — Dispatch
Finished components are packed and dispatched after pre-dispatch quality clearance — on time, every time.
